Saishunkan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has its origins from Kampo (Traditional Chinese Medicine)

Saishunkan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. started with a small number of employees and has gradually grown to about 1,000 employees today. Behind this growth, there is product development utilizing our knowledge of Traditional Chinese medicine and cutting-edge technology, thorough quality control, and customer-oriented service.

However, our goal is not simply to expand the size and become a large company.
We are convinced that it is important for all employees to face the same direction, fulfilling their roles and moving toward a common goal. For this reason, we believe that about 1,000 employees is the optimal size.

Our goal is never to be a large corporation, but rather a "big private shop”.
Consider the appeal of a local private shop. For example, a fish shop can tell a customer, "We have a fresh seabream arrived in stock!" or a restaurant can change an ingredient in a dish that the customer does not like, or be flexible in responding to special requests.

At the same time, there are some aspects that a private shop cannot handle. For this reason, our company strives to improve the quality of our products and services by taking advantage of our organizational capabilities.

For example, the containers of our products are made of glass. Of course, there is a reason for this. However, to meet the needs of customers with weaker grips, we have also created an environment in which our products are filled in special plastic containers and stored in a clean room.

We never forget the spirit of a private shop that is close to everybody customers and responds to their detailed needs.
At the same time, we aim to create an environment that enables us to realize areas that are difficult for a private shop to achieve but can be realized by a company as an organization. This is the kind of 'big private shop' we aim for.

We do not believe that simply delivering products to customers and receiving payment from them is what business is all about. We believe that we receive payment as a result of our continuous efforts to respond to our customers 'I want to do this' and 'I want to be this way'.
This is why we place importance on responding to each and every customer with care and attention.
We believe that this 'attitude of valuing products and services personalized to each individual' is, in other words, the spirit of a 'big private shop'.
Through our products and sincere response and service to our customers, we will help them achieve healthy skin and vibrant lives beyond that.
