Shipping Fee
When the order is placed, the shipping fee will be charged and will vary based on the destination and quantity of products.
For orders over JPY 30,000, the shipping fee will be provided free of charge.
Shipping and Delivery Time
We will ship from the warehouse within 3 business days after the order is completed.
It will take around 7-14 days after shipping for successful delivery. However, please note that delays are possible due to weather, traffic conditions, etc.

Return Shipping Cost
1. In the case of a return or exchange of items for personal reasons, please contact us within 8 days after the receipt of your products.
Only unopened items are accepted, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning items.

2. In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact us within 10 days after the receipt of your products.
We will cover the postage for exchange items.
