In fact, skincare products themselves do not cause acne, but the remaining residue from skincare products that is not absorbed may combine with old dead skin cells and dirt, leading to acne. Now that we've identified inadequate cleansing as a potential factor, it's important to recognize that there are many possible causes of acne. Yes, I use it morning and night. I follow the usage instructions.I don't know how long, probably around 5 to 6 minutes. My whole face feels uncomfortable and sticky after use.

Our recommendation:

    • 1) 5 or 6 minutes is not enough for the product to be absorbed, and the sticky feeling you shared also confirms this. If the product is not massaged and absorbed properly, and the products remaining on the skin surface are mixed with old dead skin cells, it will become the cause of whiteheads or acne. Therefore, we recommend that you try massaging for a longer duration to ensure that the skincare is well absorbed before applying the next one.

    • 2) Insufficient cleansing can lead to the accumulation of dead skin cells, making it more likely to cause whiteheads. To remove old dead skin cells, it's recommended to enhance cleansing and consider trying regular exfoliating treatments.

    • 3) To avoid excessive contact with areas other than whiteheads, such as the red areas, we recommend that you avoid using No. 5 Vital White Essence and No. 6 Cream20 on your forehead. Focus on the steps of cleansing and moisturizing until your skin returns to a healthy state.
