What you apply to your skin is like what you eat.
This is why we investigate the ingredients used in our products - whether they have been genetically modified, the origins, etc. We carefully select only ingredients we can trust.
Residual Pesticides Check
Wherever possible, we use ingredients grown without pesticides because our products are applied directly to the skin.
We thoroughly pursue safety by repeat test for residual pesticides and radioactivity at the product level as well.
Paraben-Free
We use plant extracts that act as natural preservatives in our products for the skin's health, using no paraben or other synthetic preservatives. We made possible the long-term maintenance of quality without any loss of the product's effect on the skin through use of natural substances.
Thoroughly sterilized and safe enough even for surgical operations
Our products go through a strictly managed manufacturing process ranging from the blending of raw ingredients to product packaging.
Our standards are as strict as the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) used for manufacturing of medicine, which monitors factors such as the dust floating in the air.
A careful balance that can only be blended by human hands
Tens of ingredient extracts are blended accurately according to an exact recipe.
After measuring ingredients exactly with precise machinery, our ingredients are blended by hand, by the drop.
This process cannot be left to machinery. Each ingredient has a different viscosity and density requiring the use of the five senses to accurately measure.
4 hours a day for
Domohorn Wrinkle spends 4 hours every day to clean our manufacturing line.
This consists of 1 hour of disassembly, 2 hours of cleaning and disinfection and 1 hour of reassembly.
That's how we keep our manufacturing plants strictly.
We test all products,not just by random sampling.
We do not test only one section of products by random sampling, but have made it our rule to test each and every product thoroughly.
As a result, we have over 10 staff members that are involved in the testing of a product by the time it is completed.
Preservation of product samples
We maintain a stock of the past four years for product samples and their ingredients in our quality management office.
Each product sample is labeled with the exact manufacturing date.
This is so we can quickly match products we sent to customers with products manufactured on the same day when we receive an enquiry.
